Warren Township High School Second Annual Pink Game By Claire Mason, Warren Township Member

Warren Township FBLA members held their second annual Pink Game on January 23. The Pink Game is a girls' basketball game that promotes and raises money for the American Cancer Society. During the week of the event, FBLA members decorated the school and made ribbons. We also designed a "pink" t-shirt for students, faculty, and the community to purchase and wear. Representatives of the American Cancer Society were present during the game to distribute information. During the game we sold delicious Otis Spunkmeyer "Pink Cookies", 50-50 tickets, and held a halftime basketball shootout. Forty-four FBLA members helped with this fun event! We raised over $3,000 for the American Cancer Society.
