FBLA Week By Neil Patel, State President

This year FBLA Week falls on February 7-13, and is a great time for your chapter to promote your organization.

FBLA-PBL sets aside this week to encourage chapters to participate in various activities. We also hope that you take this time to report your activities.

Here are some ideas for your chapter during FBLA Week:

  • Dress for Success Day (wear professional attire)
  • T-Shirt Day
  • Faculty Appreciation Day
  • Career Awareness Day
  • March of Dimes Fundraiser (bakes sales, Valentine bear sales, Crush for your Crush)
  • Scavenger Hunt
  • Ropes course
  • Pajama Day
  • Team Spirit Day
  • Career Day (invite speakers or job shadow)

FBLA-PBL recognizes the Wednesday of this week as Advisor Appreciation Day, Thursday as Professional Dress Day, and Saturday as National Community Service Day.

Those are just some ideas for your FBLA week. I hope that every chapter celebrates this week in hopes that you will also spread the word about all that FBLA does. Also don't forget to have fun during this time. FBLA week is once a year so enjoy yourselves each and every day.
